These Terms govern your use of the LifeFlow website and services provided by LifeFlow ("we", "us"). By using the site or the service, you agree to these Terms. This is a plain-language summary of our standard terms; specific customer engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Service description

LifeFlow provides done-for-you AI automation designed to help real estate agents respond to inbound leads more quickly across their existing tools. We do not provide real estate, legal, or brokerage services.

2. Use of the service

• You must comply with all applicable laws, including messaging laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and rules of any lead source or MLS.
• You must have the right to send messages to the contacts you route through the service.
• You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

AI automation is a tool, not a guarantee of leads, appointments, transactions, revenue, or a specific response time. Performance depends on many factors, including your integrations, lead sources, and market conditions. Nothing on this site or in the service is a promise of a specific business outcome.

4. Fees

Pricing is customized per customer and covered in a separate agreement or order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement with us.

5. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party tools (portals, CRMs, messaging carriers, calendars, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third parties. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them.

6. Trademarks

LifeFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Association of REALTORS®, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or any listing portal or CRM referenced on this site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEFLOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
